For many years, the Alabama Blackbelt Region has been one of the best areas to harvest trophy whitetail deer and wild turkey. Indian Creek Lodge has long been a favorite destination for hunters who like to mix the adventure of a whitetail deer or wild turkey hunt with the excitement of stalking wild hogs.

We have a year round game management plan for approximately 5 thousand acres. Our property has been managed to produce superior quality whitetail deer and eastern wild turkey. And of course, a bounty of wild hogs!

Whitetail Deer Hunting in Alabama - In Alabama we are blessed with long seasons and liberal bag limits.

Our rut occurs in mid to late January and deer movement is at its peak during this time, although some of our best deer were taken opening weekend this year!

There are over 100 metal ladder stands many with camouflage skirts and shooting rails as well as shooting houses for rainy days. We hunt rain or shine so bring your gear and waterproof boots. You are welcome to bring your own climber. Over 90 green fields are planted every season.

Wild Turkey Hunting -
As the dogwood and red buds begin to bloom, the wild turkeys of Alabama start their Spring Strut. The abundant oak ridges, bahia grass pastures, natural foods, and insects have provided an abundant turkey population

Your morning hunt will consist of a one-on-one hunter-to-guide ratio. This will give you the advantage of hunting with a guide that is completely familiar with Indian Creek's wild turkey population and their habits. Afternoons are free to call your own Turkey, boar hunt, fish or play golf.

                              Golf/Turkey hunting packages available

The lodge is a stones throw from one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country, Cambridge Ridge, a Robert Trent Jones designed course. There are Hunting / Golf packages available.

Wild Boar Hunting - Smart -- smarter than a whitetail some say! The wild boar has a sense of smell superior to most any animal and are unpredictable when cornered. And the trophy that hangs over your mantle will be a lifelong reminder of your hunting experience.

Year-round hunting takes place from metal ladder stands or stalking. Do it yourself cleaning or we will clean it for you for a small fee per head. Your trophy will be caped out for shoulder mount and the meat packed in your ice chest. You may choose to hunt from tree stands or stalk. Habitat consists of pine plantations, hardwood bottoms, beaver ponds and swamps. No bag limits.                               This is an exciting hunt with high success rate on trophy boars!

Lodging at Indian Creek - Our rustic lodge is nestled in a beautiful, wooded area just outside of town. The perfect spot to unwind by the campfire after a full day of hunting. It sleeps 16 hunters but we try to keep the numbers down so it doesn't get too crowded.
We provide all the meals for you! You can relax knowing your meals will be served to you. Although we do the cooking, the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for do-it-yourself meals or for any special meals you wish to prepare yourself. Pots / pans, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator are all clean and ready to use.
You can enjoy our covered porches across the front with a large charcoal grill for outside cooking. There are plenty of grocery stores near by to get what you need on arrival (don't forget toiletries,etc.). If you prefer to go out to eat, we are close to town to take advantage of many restaurants.

We strive to provide you a quality hunting experience in one of the best hunting environments in the South. We know you have many choices in hunting providers and we hope you will visit Indian Creek Lodge in Greenville, Alabama for your next deer, turkey or wild hog hunt.
