Torch River Outfitters is owned and operated by Dave and Karen Aube. Our lodge is located in the forest fringe area of Northeast Saskatchewan, Canada near White Fox. Having several years of guiding experience, we offer you the finest guided hunting expeditions for Whitetail Deer and Black Bear.

    
Not only does Torch River Outfitters boast the greatest Whitetail Deer hunts but we also have some of Saskatchewan's best Spring and Fall Black Bear hunts.

Bear Hunting: We normally achieve a 95% success rate on bear hunts. Bears skulls range in the 18 - 21 inch size, with 30% of Bears taken in the brown phase. The weight range is between 225 - 500 pounds. Keep in mind that these are spring bear, and weigh considerably less having just come out of hibernation. We bait with meat scraps, honey, oats, molasses and just about anything else we find the bear will go after.

Deer Hunting: Our hunting area consists of approximately 212 square miles of forest bordering alfalfa fields and cropland. We boast an 80% success rate on trophy deer. The terrain varies from flat forest fringe to hills and meadows. As we are the only outfitter in this area, it receives very little hunting pressure thus ensuring Trophy Animals for generations to come.

Accommodations: All our hunting packages are fully guided and include warm comfortable accommodations, home cooked meals and last but not least friendly service from all our staff. For some of the best snowmobiling, ATV, hiking trails, Vacations or family functions we offer great accommodations. Two fully self contained rental cabins close to White Fox, less than one mile from the Trans-Canada snowmobile route.
