Nestled at the foot of the California Coast Range, Turk Station is located on a century-old working ranch, and is an upland bird hunter's dream. We are 3 hours from both San Francisco and Los Angeles. Top notch hunting guides, pointing dogs, and most importantly explosive birds make for an unforgettable experience.
If you fly, we will transport you to and from Coalinga Municipal Airport (C80) free of charge.

Bird Hunting:
October 1st - May 1st for Pheasant, Bobwhite Quail, Chukar. When in season we offer Valley Quail & Dove.

Bird Processing: Your birds will be taken from the field to our commercial grade processing room. There they will be cleaned, vacuum sealed and placed in cold storage until your departure.

Bird Hunting Packages:
1 day hunt: fully guided hunt includes dogs, lunch, and processing of birds. Choice of Pheasant, Bobwhite Quail, Chukar or combo.

1 day, 1 night or 3 day, 3 night: fully guided hunt includes dogs, 1 round of 5-stand or trap, accommodations at the lodge, meals, processing of birds. Choice of Pheasant, Bobwhite Quail, Chukar or combo.

Wild Ram Hunting:
Limited to black powder and archery trophy Ram hunts. Full day hunt or overnight at the lodge, dinner, and full day hunt. Rams will be field dressed and quartered for transportation

Lodging:
The Turk Station Lodge is a beautiful, fully restored, 1910 plantation-style home which was moved from the docks in San Francisco to its present location at Turk Station. The warm wood paneling and exposed beam ceiling in the great room will make you feel right at home. With sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, there is plenty of room for you and your friends.

With over 1,000 square feet of screened porch, you and your hunting companions can sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the ranch. You will enjoy authentic ranch-style meals during your stay. Accommodations at the lodge are included in our wingshooting packages. Non-hunting guests are welcome.


Sporting Clays:
Turk Station's 5-stand sporting clays course is a perfect warm up before your hunt. Our course provides real life shooting scenarios and challenges even the most experienced wingshooters. Rounds may be purchased for $8 per round.
