Hunting in Colorado for Mule Deer, Elk,
Black Bear, Mountain Lion, Buffalo and Antelope

Controlled Elk & Mule Deer Hunts
For the serious hunter wanting the trophy class elk or mule deer, we offer the Controlled hunt. No license is required, and dates are flexible to the hunters schedule. Only a limited number of hunters are allowed on this hunt each year to ensure the quality of animals to be harvested. This is a fully guaranteed hunt with elk in the 300 Boone & Crocket class, and deer in the 170 plus range. Everything is included in this 3 day hunt except for personal gear. Only record Class animals will be selected for this hunt.

Colorado Trophy Elk & Mule Deer Hunts
Great Hunting on private ranches for guided mule deer & elk hunts. These hunts are for the trophy hunter wanting 4 points or better. All hunts are conducted on private land with food and lodging (cabin or ranch) included. Each year we take bucks over 30 inches with an excellent chance at 5 & 6 point bull elk. For those of you who do not want a guided hunt, I offer cabins as well as spike camps on private ranches with forest and BLM lands available.

Everything is set up and waiting for you; all you furnish is your sleeping bag, licenses and groceries. I also offer archery and muzzleloader hunts. This is a great time of year to be hunting - warm days, crisp nights, and beautiful scenery. Archery and muzzleloader seasons are the month of September, which is the bugle season of elk. There is nothing more exciting than to call a bull within 15 to 20 yards. This is an excellent opportunity for a big bull.

Deer hunting at this time is also good. Usually some of the bucks are still in velvet. We have several ranches where most hunting is done out of tree stands and water holes. We have numerous P & Y bucks on these private ranches.

Colorado Mountain Lion and Black Bear Hunts
Hunting lion or bear is a hunt-of-a-lifetime. We think that nothing can beat the excitement of the chase, the thrill of seeing a big cat tree'd, or the spotting of a big bear with the upcoming stalk. Our lion and bear population is up and still rising, making Colorado one of the best states for your lion or bear hunt.

Lion hunts are conducted with 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, and trucks. For bear, we offer either a spot and stalk hunt in September, or you may purchase a bear permit and hunt concurrent with your rifle permits for deer and elk. I furnish everything on either hunt except your license and personal gear. All hunts consist of seven days, with a limited number of two hunters per party. I take out only one party (two hunters) at a time in order to devote my full efforts to your hunt. Every year our hunters take record book bear and lion.
