Northern Shoveler, and Widgeon, White fronted, Blue and Snow geese, Dove,

Schedule:
Guest arrives at Slackwater in the afternoon, move in their respective
lodge and get settled in. The bar is open and everyone gets acquainted
with their guides and the hunting area. Dinner is served at 7PM and everyone
settles in for the night. Hunters wake around 5AM for breakfast. Guides
will divide the group according to blind capacity; discuss current hunting
conditions and recent duck populations and movements. Hunting times are
from 30 minutes before sunrise until noon. We normally do not hunt in
the afternoons because ducks need to repopulate the farm. We return to
the lodge for lunch, ducks are cleaned and packaged, and the afternoon
is planned.
