Sunrise Ridge is located in Bingham, Maine on 47 acres of land. We offer a variety of Maine hunting packages, including Guided Whitetail Deer, Black Bear, Snowshoe Hare, Bobcat and Grouse hunting. We provide the best accommodations in Maine. Our newly constructed log cabins, sleep up to 22 people, and provide complete privacy, rustic yet modern. During your stay, you will be treated like one of the family. All meals are served in the main lodge, with all the home-style cooking you can eat. Our scenic location makes us the ideal base to enjoy many outdoor activities Maine has to offer.

Whitetail Deer Hunting -Guided: includes 5 days lodging and food. Maximum ratio of 6 hunters to 1 guide. In our region of Maine, we hunt in many diverse types of cover. Plan to spend about 20% of your time hunting from a stand. The remaining 80% will be "still" hunting.

Whitetail Deer Hunting - Semi Guided/Non-Guided: includes same food and lodging. You will use more of your own skills to hunt your buck. We will, however, direct you to some of the most likely areas for success.


Maine Bear Hunting with Hounds -Guided : bear hounds are used to run a bear. Each dog is equipped with a radio collar to monitor their direction and activity. Using 4-WD trucks, we attempt to head the bear off, positioning ourselves as close as possible. While the dogs keep the bear treed, we walk to the tree to get positioned for the shot. Rifles, shotguns, handguns and bows are all acceptable.

Maine Black Bear Hunting Over Bait -Guided: hunt from stands placed over bait. We bait a minimum of 2 sites for each hunter. Each stand is positioned with consideration to the weapon of your choice. In most cases you will be hunting from ladder stands. We use trail timers and cam trackers. If your trophy does not fall within sight, we will track a bear trail with our hounds - so recovery is all but assured.


Snowshoe Hare Hunting: outstanding Snowshoe Hare hunting and combination trips from October 1 to March 31. These hunts are world class. The Hare population in Maine has exploded in recent years. So, it's possible (and likely) to harvest your daily limit (that's currently 4 hares per person). You can hunt with our Beagles, or you can bring your own. Guided or unguided. This is fast paced action!





Moose Hunting - Guided: Moose are in plentiful supply throughout our region of Maine, and we have the knowledge, expertise and the equipment to get you to the Moose (and your moose back to the truck. Please note that Moose hunting season and permitting is restricted. The drawing for permits takes place in late June. Hunts include a 5 day stay, all meals and lodging.




Maine Bobcat Hunting Trips - Guided: we hunt these beautiful animals in December and January - using specially trained hounds. We book trips based on the suitability of conditions. Thus, you will greatly increase your chances of success if you're able to come on short notice.

A Maine cat hunt on beautiful fresh fallen snow is a moving experience, which can result in a trophy of a lifetime. Includes meals and lodging.

Grouse Hunting: we have good numbers of Grouse and plenty of cover to hunt them. Hunt with your dogs or ours - guided or unguided. As a bonus we have a good population of woodcock. These speedy birds hold extremely well. Hunt for a week or a day. Includes Meals and lodging.

Main Lodge Home-cooked meals served here & the place for evening activities

Lodging: Our Main Lodge is where we serve all home-cooked meals, and, where get together for evening activities. Our rental cabins are equipped with outdoor fireplaces, a grill, a full bath, satellite TV, a coffee maker, a microwave, stove, refrigerator, plates, pots & pans and utensils. In addition, each cabin is furnished with fresh blankets, linens and pillows. We only ask that you bring your own towels.
