Our Location: Established in 1975 El Halcon Lodge is situated 320 miles from the U.S. Border in Northern Mexico. You will need to fly into Chihuahua City Airport which is serviced by Continental Airlines from Houston, & Aeromexico from El Paso, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.

Mule Deer Hunting: Our commitment to our guest is to offer nothing but the best. So we have over 200,000 acres of the best habitat for Mule Deer. In this hunt the more land you cover, the better chance you have for a buck, something you will be proud of. The hunt is conducted in a 4x4 vehicle, ATV, horseback, or by foot, a lot of it depends on the physical condition you are in, we try to make it as easy as possible, but don't get confused, it is still a hard hunt.

World Class Waterfowl Hunting: El Halcon Lodge is situated in a valley between two large lakes, surrounded by 200,000 acres of corn, oats, wheat, and barley fields. These fields act as a magnet to huge concentration of waterfowl wintering in this valley. El Halcon Lodge will host a maximum of 12 hunting guests per week and a maximum of four guns per spread thereby assuring a quality experience for each of our guests. There are no restrictions on hunting geese in the morning or afternoon. Trophy Gould's Turkey Hunting - The Ultimate Turkey Hunt!: This bird is the largest and most callable of its subspecies, weighing an average of 19 to 24 lbs. Most of the properties we hunt from are located deep in the Sierra Madre Mountains, with elevations varying from 5,500 to 7,500 feet. Our season starts in mid-April and ends through late May. Goulds Turkey and Coues Deer share the same habitat but also as the the Mule Deer. You will experience turkey hunting the way it was meant to be, either if you are an experienced caller or a beginner. We own over 15,000 acres and lease over 100,000 acres of prime turkey habitat that has been referred to as Turkey Heaven by some of our guests that have been lucky enough to book this hunt.
Hunting Package Includes: a 6-day hunt, with 4 full hunting days, arriving Chihuahua City on Tuesday and departing on Sunday, transportation to and from Chihuahua City Airport, lodging, all meals, professional guides (2x1), use of firearms (Beretta or Remington w/turkey chokes), and taxidermy prep, with necessary paperwork for transporting being that the Goulds Turkey is in popular demand, we suggest you call early to make your reservations. Upon confirming your hunt we require a 50% deposit be paid within 15 days to secure your requested date. Deposits not received for confirmed dates will be released.
