The Watson Hunting Camp is located just south of Watson, Minnesota in the heart of the Lac Qui Parle Refuge. We specialize in Guided Field Canada Goose Hunts and own the only private fields inside the Lac Qui Parle Refuge. We also offer custom duck hunts on Big Water Reservoirs over large spreads of decoys for Mallards and Divers! First Class Lodging and Home cooked Meals are all included in every hunting package that we offer!

Pheasant Hunting: We also offer Premier Western Minnesota Pheasant Hunting as well. You have the option of a Traditional Wild Bird Hunt on 800 acres of private land and over 3,000 acres of area public land or we also offer a Beautiful Preserve Pheasant Hunt on 65 acres of pristine western Minnesota Prairie! Again Lodging and Meals come standard on All Wild Bird Hunts!

Deer Hunting: Don't forget about the Monster Whitetails that call Lac Qui Parle Minnesota home. We have 400 acres of private land that abuts the Lac Qui Parle Refuge and offer Archery, Shotgun and Muzzleloader Whitetail Deer Hunts.

Turkey Hunting: Because of the overwhelming number of Wild Turkeys on our property we have recently opened our doors for Wild Spring Turkey Hunting. With the infiltration of hundreds of wild turkeys in our area this is going to be an xceptionally exciting spring!


Lodging and Meals: At the Watson Hunting Camp we strive to offer our customers the finest lodging and meals in the area! We have worked very hard to complete our main lodge as a place where you will feel all of the comforts of home! We offer a spectacular view of the Lac Qui Parle Wildlife Refuge with the sounds of thousands of Canada geese to put you to sleep each night!

We also offer cabins for rent as well as seasonal RV hook ups. We also have a newly renovated barn capable of hosting corporate outings and large groups. Our meals are all home cooked and prepared to your satisfaction by owner/head chef Chuck Ellingson.


We are able to accommodate groups of any size and we do not mix groups.
