Yearly Lease: Included: Exclusive year-long lease includes all trespass, hunting, fishing, falconry, and trapping rights to the property. All hunting and fishing seasons, group of up to 4 people on lease. Unlimited use of cabins, campsite. Perfect as a corporate retreat. Rules apply. State fishing and hunting licenses required.

Individual Reserved Hunting Trips: Included: Reserved 5 or 7 day hunts include sole access to the LaPrele Preserve Property, plus an additional Mule Deer, Elk and Antelope hunting property higher in the mountains. Includes use of the cabins and campsite area for 5 days (up to 6 nights), 7 days (up to 8 nights) for Elk hunts. No more than 2 hunters are allowed per season, so you get an un-crowded, quality hunt. No guides, food, cooks, massages, or outfitters, you are on your own. State hunting licenses required.

Fly Fishing - Individual Reserved Fly Fishing Trips:
Included: Sole access to 1.4 miles of spring creek fly fishing
for wild Rainbows and Browns at LaPrele Preserve,
plus Brook Trout fishing above 9500' elevation. No planted or hatchery fish. Fly fishing is reserved in 5 day blocks during the season. Limited to 2 anglers per day, catch and release only,
up to 4 anglers in party.

Includes use of the cabins and campsite area for 5 days
(up to 6 nights). No guides or outfitters.
State fishing licenses required.




Fly Fishing General Season: April 15 - July 31

Fishing #3 Any 5 consecutive days, June 15 - July 31
    Water will be lower.

Annual lease due Jan.1, 2008 Reserve hunts and fishing are open to all qualified applicants and confirmed     after Jan.1 if property does not lease. Reservations accepted prior to Jan 1. Deposits due 90 days prior to arrival, balance 30 days prior to arrival. 320 acre LaPrele Preserve and the mountain property are well managed,     secluded and patrolled. Airport with commercial service is 80 miles, private jet/prop service is 20 miles.
