Ace Hunting Lodge and Southfield Hunting have joined together to bring you the best in affordable Whitetail deer and Eastern wild turkey hunting. With over 3,000 acres of privately owned hunting land you will experience a variety of terrain and hunting strategies.

Located in Crenshaw County, Alabama, just 60 miles south of Montgomery, we are in the middle of prime deer and turkey country. Hunt food plots, hardwood bottoms or timberline that joins a fresh clear-cut where deer feed and bed continuously.

We never book more than 10 hunters at one time to ensure personal service tailored to meet your needs. Tree stands are located at all green fields or you can bring your own tree stand if you prefer. You may also bring your four wheeler. We will give you as much assistance or as much freedom as you like in your hunting.

Our rates are tailored for affordable, comfortable hunts.
Our hunts include lodging for 4 nights, transportation to and from the hunting locations, 4 afternoon and 4 morning hunts. Arrive after 12:00 noon on Monday and depart on Friday.


Accommodations: Our lodge is rustic yet very comfortable cabin with central air and heating. It has a full kitchen, Satellite TV and screened porch. One room has a full size bed and full bath and one room has bunk style sleeping and full bath. Our lodge is a smoke-free facility. We provide all bed linens, towels, hairdryers, soaps, shampoos, coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer.


Meals: prepare your own meals in the lodge or choose one of the excellent restaurants nearby
(2 miles) offering several dining choices including buffet meals, menu ordering, breakfast or takeout.

Deer Hunting Season:
Bow: Oct 14 - Jan 31, 2007
Gun: Nov 18 - Jan 31, 2007
Muzzleloader: Nov 13 - Nov 17, 2006
Bucks must have 3 points on one side.
Turkey Season: March 15 - April 30, 2007
1 - Gobbler/day, 5 total for season.
Wild Hogs maybe taken on any hunt.
