Founded in 1983, High Adventure Ranch is the only hunting preserve of its kind in Missouri. We recently foster nothing but the finest caliber big game animals and presently our herds total nearly 3,000 including Elk, Bison, Red Stag from Yugoslavia, and plenty of our native Whitetail Deer. Our primary hunting season runs from about September 1 to March 31 allowing ample time to fit even the most demanding schedule, but we also have many species that can be hunted year round.
We offer hunts for Elk, Wild Boar, Whitetail Deer, Red Stag, Mule Deer, Exotic Game and Buffalo.

Shooting Range: We have a shooting range where rifle and hand gun hunters can fine tune their weapon, but we also encourage black powder and bow hunters as they represent the high caliber sport hunter who finds the challenge of hunting on our ranch appealing.

About our Ranch: Over the years, we have grown to be the one of largest big game hunting ranches in the United States because of our No Game No Pay policy, our continual re-investment in our accommodations, and the dedication of our loyal employees. My staff and I have been in the ‘People Business’ for many years. We have hosted politicians, actors, doctors, and race car drivers from England, Spain, Europe, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and literally thousands of good ol’ boys from the US of A. About our Hunts: Experience the thrill of stalking a 7 x 7 bull elk or bagging that elusive trophy whitetail buck. With over 5 square miles of prime natural habitat, our ranch provides challenges to even the most seasoned hunter, but our experienced guides and “No Game, No Pay” policy practically ensure that you won’t go home empty handed. In addition, High Adventure's Hunting season is year-round allowing ample time to fit the most demanding schedule.

Elk Hunts: The finest herd of trophy elk – From 3x3 bulls to 6x6 royals to 8x8 monarchs.

Wild Boar Hunts: A truly exciting hunt-featuring the aggressive Russian Boars and Razorback Hogs.

Buffalo Hunts: The buffalo’s raw size and power can make it a very difficult animal to take down.

Accommodations: While at the ranch you’ll stay in one of our fully furnished wood cabins or the main lodge and dine on the delicious home cooked meals of our local cook. Costs vary for each, includes all three meals, which are served in the Hunting Lodge or the Lake House. Or , do your own cooking.
