Four generations of our family have been associated with the Logging Camp Ranch. It isn’t a “dude” ranch or a refurbished historical site. It’s a live, working ranch, from the 1880's to the present.

Big Game Archery - Deer Hunting: The hunt is a six day, semi-guided hunt beginning Saturday afternoon through Friday afternoon. The bowhunts are limited to four to eight people per week. You bring your own tree stand, food, bedding, and any other items you may need.

The private lands under our control are managed for exclusive access bowhunting only. This management philosophy has been in place for 19 years. This accounts for the abundance of wildlife and trophy potential to be found here at the Ranch. The hunt is based on 12,000 acres of private property and on parcels of U.S. Forest Service land in the area. Our focus is the thrill of the hunt, the beauty of the country, the wonder of the wild creatures, and the joy of harvesting an animal.

Licenses: unlimited for whitetail and pronghorn. Limited combination (mule deer and whitetail) licenses are sold first come first serve basis and will number 400-700.

Bison Hunting: These buffalo are marked with the Elkhorn and Maltese Cross brands, both of which ere the brands of the Theodore Roosevelt ranches. TR's conservation philosophies have resulted in the American bison being brought back from the threat of extinction We are pleased to be a part of this philosophy and are proud to offer a bison hunt in the spirit of the hunts that Roosevelt himself participated in.

50% deposit required payable upon reservation.

Lodging and Meals: There are two kitchens available to prepare meals.

They are stocked with cooking and eating utensils.
