Scenic Mesa Ranch offers Wingshooting and guided hunts for Mule Deer, Elk and Buffalo in Colorado. We are located approximately four hours west of Denver, one hour southeast of Grand Junction, and 45 minutes northeast of Montrose. Two sporting clays courses with 21 stations are available to hone your skills. We also offer fully guided three-day float fishing trips as well as walk-wade day trips along five miles of the western edge of Scenic Mesa.

Buffalo Hunting: Trophy American buffalo hunts on over 8,000 acres of open range. One of our professional guides will accompany you on a spot-and-stalk hunt, either with modern-day gear or in authentic 1870's fashion (horseback and in historic gear). You pick your hunt style preference, choice of mature bulls, and weapon (rifle, bow, muzzle-loader). No license is required. Either way, it will provide a lifetime of memories.

Mule Deer Hunting: We offer guided mule deer hunts on a limited basis to insure trophy animals. All Big Game hunts include guide, trophy care, delivery of meat to local processor, and two nights lodging with meals. Lodging & Meals:
We present a variety of overnight accommodations at Scenic Mesa Ranch. From pampered, with game rooms, private sitting rooms and a massive native stone fireplace, to an authentic 1800's cabin. After a full day, kick back and relax at our beautiful lodge or clubhouse while our chefs prepare ‘house’ specialties using locally grown fresh produce, pheasant, chukar and Scenic Mesa’s organically raised buffalo.

Wing Shooting: Our success in maintaining large numbers of pheasant, chukar, Hungarian partridge, quail, dove and seven species of waterfowl is due to an aggressive land management plan. Use any of our highly trained pointers, flushers and retrieving dogs or bring your own favorite. We offer a full service kennel facility that is available for your convenience.
