Southern Ohio Outfitters is the premier outfit in Ohio for the pursuit of Trophy Whitetail. We are located in South-Central Ohio in Jackson County. The terrain is very diverse, full of rolling hardwood hills, and plentiful crop fields. We have over 6500 acres of Prime-Managed Whitetail Habitat. We use a mixture of corn, beans, alfalfa, and antler-king trophy clover mix. Our properties are 75% woods, and 25% plots, so our Bucks have plenty of food and plenty of cover. That's the key to growing big bucks, and Southern Ohio Outfitters has unlocked it. It's no wonder our Bucks grow to as big as they do.




Included in the Hunt: All of our hunts are All-Inclusive. All food and lodging is included in your price. When you arrive, you won't have to worry about a thing. All you have to do is enjoy your hunt. I will have already hung your stand where the deer sign is rockin,' and transportation to and from your stands will be provided as well.




Lodging and Meals: All meals and lodging is included in the price of the hunt, and there are no added or hidden fees. We have a brand new, 2 story, spacious log cabin lodge that comes with all the perks that a hunter could ever want. At the site of the lodge we have a full 3-d course including ladder stands to practice out of, so, the day before your hunt, you can be sure your sited in.




Trophy Deer Hunts: Southern Ohio Outfitters boast an awesome 80% opportunity at Pope and Young bucks or better, and has quickly become known as the Premier Trophy Whitetail outfit in Ohio. We have no Trophy fees, and no penalty fees. However, we expect our hunters to take a Buck that scores at least 125" inches or better. This hunt will be for an Ohio bruiser, not an immature buck. We will take care of the recovery of your Buck, and we will take your buck to the processor. We will pay to have your Deer professionally quartered and caped.
