Pennington Creek Hunting Club (PCHC) is located in the heart of
Whitetail Country in Southern Oklahoma with over 8,500 acres of
private Johnston County ranchland near Mill Creek.

We offer a healthy population of Whitetail Bucks as the ranch has only been leased to one hunter over the last five years.

We also offer Rio Grande Turkey Hunts, Wild Hog Hunts and Fishing for Small Mouth Bass.




One of Oklahoma's most beautiful streams, Pennington Creek, actually forms from a majestic spring just off the north side of the ranch. It winds through three miles of our ranch offering great opportunities for you to harvest wood ducks, mallards, or use a fly rod to catch a smallmouth bass.

The restricted hunting over the last five years has stockpiled an abundance of mature Rio Grande Turkeys You will also find an abundance of wild hogs. Hunt these wild hogs traditionally, or on a unique cowboy style hunt, without using any firearms on a fully guided horseback experience.




Whitetail Deer Hunting:
At Pennington Creek Hunting Club, the deer are pampered. Native vegetation is managed through prescribed burning. Spring and fall food plots are maintained, and protein supplement is fed year round to maximize antler and body growth. We offer comfortable tower blinds placed strategically by our guides, or you can bring your favorite stand or pop-up blind. We offer a game processing area and a walk in cooler adjacent to the hunting cabin.






Deer Hunts - Black Powder, Gun or Bow:

• Range for zeroing muzzle loader or rifle

Rio Grande Turkey / Smallmouth Bass:
PCHC offers the opportunity to harvest a trophy Rio Grande tom. The only competition for your calling ability will be live hens!

Pennington Creek flows through the ranch for almost three miles, providing superb fishing for smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, and channel catfish. After you harvest your tom turkey, spend the rest of your trip enjoying fishing on the creek.



Lodging: A clean, comfortable, easily-accessed but secluded hunting cabin is located on the ranch. Capable of sleeping six, all the necessities are provided. Guests of PCHC have access to a game processing area and walk-in cooler conveniently located adjacent to the cabin.

Shooting Range: Only a short drive from the cabin and we encourage guests to use it!




Wild Hog Hunting: You can use your rifle or bow to hunt hogs, but if you want to cut loose on a hunting adventure of a lifetime let one of our ranch hands take you on a one of a kind horseback expedition. Without using any firearms whatsoever, you will definitely find out the definition of being hog-tied!
