Beach Woods Plantation & Shooting Preserve is a hunting preserve groomed and dedicated to building a habitat for all sporting wildlife. We are located in the low country of South Carolina and for over 25 years and have been developing this area to produce the most favorable and varied types of hunting in the southeast. Our game management and crop rotation efforts are successful, and are offering hunting at it's best!


What's Included: We offer 1/2 day hunts for Turkey, Quail and Dove. We offer transportation from our local airport. A professional Hunting Guide will assist you with your hunt. Quail are cleaned and vacuum packed, Turkey will be cleaned and hung in our cooler until your departure. We will cut the meat in quarters and pack it with ice in your cooler, ice will be provided.


Turkey Hunting: We have plenty of turkeys and guides, and will share our skills to get you the bird you want. We hunt turkeys in the morning only. Turkey season Mar.15 - May1. Limit 1 gobbler / day, 5 / season. Turkey tags are required.

Quail Hunting: Oct.1 - Mar.31. Half day only. Includes pointers and/or setters working in front of you in fields, pine plantations, hardwood bottoms, and gently rolling high lands.


Dove Hunts: We are the only hunting facility in our region to offer dove hunting. With most of the agriculture land in our area converted to timber, we bring the doves in like you would only dream of.. Our 100 acre and 40 acre fields maintained year 'round for maximum dove yield. Planted in corn, sunflower, wheat, brown top millet, dove proso and sesame -- this is a dove smorgasbord. We accommodate large groups in the larger field and smaller groups in the 40 acre field. Children under 14 are allowed to sit with their parent and shoot free.
