Idaho Elk and Deer: These are our most popular Elk and Mule Deer combo hunts. Enjoy guided or unguided Elk hunts in our hosted tent camp, the hunting lodge, drive-in drop camp, or horseback drop camp.

Elk Hunting: Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Washington offer great elk hunting opportunities, good bull to cow ratios, and a good percentage of mature bulls. Guaranteed outfitter tags and over-the-counter elk tags are available, you do not have to draw a tag to go elk hunting. Bearpaw Outfitters will assist with your licenses to assure that you get to hunt. Success usually varies from 20% to 100% depending on the hunt.

Trophy Elk Hunts: Many of the largest elk in the west each year are taken with limited-entry elk tags, landowner tags, or auction tags. Success on these trophy class hunts is usually 100% on bull elk scoring between 300 to 400. Bearpaw Outfitters offer guided or unguided elk hunting options depending on the area you wish to hunt. Bearpaw Outfitters will assist you with the application process or purchasing the landowner or auction tags.

Whitetail Deer Hunting: Bearpaw Outfitters is the exclusive outfitter on several private ranches in Montana. There are plenty of mature bucks with 4x4 or larger racks that score up to 150+ commonly taken and some larger bucks are taken in the area on occasion. Combination hunts with whitetail, elk, antelope, and buffalo can be arranged.

Washington Deer Hunting: Bearpaw Outfitters lease about 10,000 acres of private ranch lands in NE Washington an area with the highest deer numbers in the state. There's also several million acres of public lands that offer excellent whitetail and mule deer hunting in the right areas. Bearpaw Outfitters offer various guided and unguided deer hunting options with meals and lodging included in our lodge and cabins.

Idaho Mule Deer Hunts: Bearpaw Outfitters specialize in trophy Mule Deer hunting. Enjoy guided or unguided Mule Deer hunts in our hosted tent camp, the hunting lodge, drive-in drop camp, or horseback drop camp. Mature bucks usually have 4x4 or better racks with 18" to 26" spreads and we even see a few 30"+ bucks in our Idaho area. Outfitter sponsored licenses are available over the counter for your hunt.

Montana Mule Deer: Eastern Montana has arguably the best mule deer hunting in the world. Deer number are extremely high on our private ranch leases. Often times hunters see up to 20 or more bucks per day and most bucks taken have 18" to 28" racks. Guaranteed licenses are available before March 15, no draw is needed to go hunting.

Utah Mule Deer: Several thousand acres of private ranch lands and limited draw areas provide excellent deer hunting opportunities in Utah. Bearpaw Outfitters have landowner tags available for mule deer hunts in Utah. Mule Deer hunting can also be combined with elk, antelope, bear, or buffalo hunting.

Antelope Hunting: We offer excellent archery or rifle hunting opportunities for antelope on private Montana ranches. Shooting opportunity has been 100% nearly every year and most hunters see 13" to 15"+ bucks on a daily basis. Bucks up to 17" have been taken on the ranch. Archery licenses have been 100% draw and rifle licenses were over 90% draw last year. Antelope hunts can be combined with Whitetail, Mule Deer, Buffalo, or even Elk if desired and often times antelope hunters get a chance to shoot prairie dogs during the antelope hunt. Hunters see plenty of game which makes antelope hunting an exciting hunt for anyone.

Bear Hunting: Washington has over 30,000 bear, the most bear of all the southern 48 states. Our NE Washington area usually has the highest harvest in the state, this area is a real bear hunter's paradise. We do not use dogs or bait in Washington, this is truly fair chase bear hunting. During the fall we glass the berry patches and hunt by spotting and stalking the bear, much like mule deer hunting. Its just you and your guide against the bear and we usually have 70%-90% shooting opportunity on these hunts. Washington spring bear season runs April 15 to May 31 with the best hunting occurring during the last half of May. In the spring we hunt mountain meadows where bear fresh out of their dens come to graze on grass. Fall tags are unlimited and can be purchased over the counter, spring tags are on a draw. We can also arrange spring bear hunts with hounds and bait in Idaho. These hunts offer excellent opportunities for bow hunters due to the close proximity of most shots.

Upland Bird Hunting: Hunt some of the best areas of Washington, Idaho, and Utah for Ruffed Grouse, Blue Grouse, Franklin Grouse, Sage Grouse, Pheasant, Chuckar, Doves, Huns, and Quail. Exciting hunts are offered for a variety of birds. Combo upland bird hunting with big game or waterfowl hunting.

Waterfowl Hunting: We offer waterfowl hunting in Utah & Washington. Canada Geese and Ducks provide the hunters with exciting shooting from blinds or by jump shooting on streams and small lakes. Give us a call and tell us how and when you would like to hunt and we'll arrange it the way you like it. Waterfowl can also be added to several different big game hunts or Upland bird hunts for even more excitement.

Cow Elk Hunting: Utah offers excellent cow elk hunting and most hunters experience 80% to 100% opportunity. This hunt is perfect for anyone because it's not too strenuous and its so much fun seeing so all the game while hunting these areas. Utah Cow Elk hunts can also be combined with Cougar, Bobcat, or Waterfowl hunting and hunters can even hunt two Cows if desired. Idaho also offers cow elk hunting which can be combined with mule deer hunting for an excellent big game combo hunt. Cow Elk are usually much better eating than Bulls, plus the success rate is higher on Cow Elk than on most Bull Elk hunts. This explains why many hunters would rather hunt Cow Elk than Bull Elk.

Cougar Hunting: With over 30 years of experience outfitting cougar hunts and hundreds of cougar caught, Bearpaw Outfitters are undisputedly one of the most successful cougar outfitters in the west. Bighorn Sheep Hunting: is a once-in-a-lifetime experience with all licenses issued through a special draw in Washington. BearPaw Outfitters have had 100% success on all past Sheep hunts and strive to get each hunter the very best Ram on the mountain. Apply for permits between April 20 and May 20.

Prairie Dog Hunts: Shooting is done in large Prairie Dog towns in Montana where thousands of rounds can be fired in a single day. Most shooters swap back and forth shooting a couple weapons so they don't over heat their gun barrels.

Moose Hunting: We top quality Shiras Moose hunts in Idaho, Washington, and Utah for an affordable price. Our years of Moose hunting experience assure your success on the best animal possible. We know the country and we know the Moose. Smart hunters know that's the combination needed for high success on quality animals. Draw odds in some areas have been as high as 40% chance of drawing a tag.

Buffalo Hunting: Bison hunts are offered on a large eastern Montana ranch. These buffalo wander on this ranch much like herds wandered the great plains for centuries. These buffalo are wild buffalo, there is nothing docile about them and your personal safety is the number one consideration when hunting these huge beasts. There are a few extremely large bulls available each year from this herd, arrange your hunt now.

Coyote Hunting: These hunts are rapidly growing in popularity. Coyotes are one of the most challenging animals to hunt. Merriam's Turkey: Hunt Washington's top producing turkey area, with Washington's most experienced and successful Turkey guides. Northeast Washington is the turkey capitol of Washington, now producing over 75% of all turkeys taken in the entire state. Bearpaw Outfitters knows the birds and the country better than anyone else. We have nearly 10,000 acres of private access and we know the best public land areas. We kill birds nearly every day of the season, in fact our clients have tagged over 500 turkeys during the last 7 seasons. Spring hunts are for 2 bearded birds. Fall hunts are for 1 either-sex bird and can be combined with Grouse, Bear, or Deer.

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless your draw results are unsuccessful or Bearpaw Outfitters is unable to execute your hunt, then you will be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellation Policy: Trips canceled 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date are forfeited.
